The Order Process
Snackeroo picks and packs orders every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Orders are then dispatched that day according to your chosen delivery method.
The date of delivery depends highly on the time of day the order is placed, for example orders placed before midday on Monday are likely to be dispatched the same day depending on the day’s total order volume, but on the other hand, an order placed 2pm on Thursday may not be dispatched until Monday.
Choose Your Delivery Method
We offer shipping via a Next Day Courier delivery service covering most of the UK for £3.99, but for customers closer to us we offer a discounted Local Delivery service for 99p.
Place Your Order
Once we receive your order it will be assigned for picking, this usually happens the same day you place the order, if the order is placed early enough to be processed the same day it may happen very soon. You will then receive an email marking your order as complete and giving you a delivery estimate.
Receive Your Snacks
Once your order is dispatched, Standard Delivery customers will receive an email from the courier with tracking information, Local Delivery customers do not receive tracking information as they are delivered by Snackeroo staff.
Standard Delivery
Next Day Delivery
We ship our Standard Delivery orders via DHL’s 24 Next Day delivery service. This service covers the entirety of mainland UK excluding islands and the Scottish Highlands. We only charge £3.99 for this service to save you money on getting your snacks as quickly as possible!
The exact date of delivery depends on when the order was placed, but should be the day after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL containing your tracking number. DHL tracking numbers can be used on their site to track delivery progress here: https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk
Local Delivery
Delivery Days
We deliver our local orders every Monday and Thursday. If your order was placed before midday on these days, you may receive your order the same day depending on our order volume preceding yours. As Local Deliveries are delivered by Snackeroo staff directly, we only charge 99p for this service!
Delivery Times
We deliver our Local Deliveries every Monday and Thursday but the exact time depends highly on how many Local Deliveries we have to deliver that day. Orders are usually delivered in the morning or early afternoon but can be delivered as late as 8pm on busy days.
